There are seven feasts, also called the Divine Appointments, recorded in Leviticus Chapter 23 and they are: (1) THE FEAST OF PASSOVER (2) THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD (3) THE FEEAST OF FIRST-FRUITS (4) THE FEAST OF PENTECOST (5) THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS (6) THE FEAST OF DAY OF ATONEMENT, AND (7) THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES These feasts, which are divine appointments, are an overview of God's plan for mankind and cover the plan of salvation to eternity. The Old Testament details are shadows and types that were fulfilled in the New Testament as Substance and Anti-types. The Law was fulfilled by Lord Jesus Christ.

Author Biography

The author, who accepted Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior when he was a boy of 13, is an Indian-born American citizen. He was born and raised in a Christian family and had education in Christian Institutions. He is a postgraduate in English language and literature. After retirement from Indian Railways as Chief Controller, he migrated to USA with family. This then was the message that he heard of the Son of God, Lord Jesus Christ that in Him there is no darkness at all.
