My first Positive Psychology book: The Enchanted Self: A Positive Therapy is set up chapter by chapter with many exercises you can do yourself to move closer to your Enchanted Self. It is a beautiful book, and I advise reading it if you haven't.

Now comes the dessert: this book. Any page you put your finger on and read can be interesting and will touch upon some aspect of being a woman in today's world. There is a lot of wisdom and advice in this book. Enjoy taking that wisdom and advice into your life as you play with getting closer to your own Enchanted Self.
