Born of modest means in Durham, North Carolina, the younger of two sons, Thomas Vanhook Jr. is such a sojourner. For over four decades, Thomas has inspired others through song and music. Among his many gifts, he has most notably applied his talent in the church as a minister of music, pianist, composer, teacher, workshop leader, and many more titles. The most important title to him is that of Inspirationalist. Thomas has dedicated his life's work to achieving a high level of artistry in whatever he does. It is this authentic artistry that touches the lives of so many. For Thomas, this book represents a bold step into a new territory of vulnerability and uncertainty.
