This book is all about transforming your relationship to your own self-worth. That journey begins first with identification of how you came to believe the things about yourself that you do. Followed by the process of shedding what beliefs are no longer applicable or resonate to how you would like to see yourself now. The book covers nervous system regulation, guilt and shame, boundaries, tools for self-identification and how to create new ideas and patterns for yourself and finally how to maintain what it is that you would like for yourself. The topic can be challenging so the book is written in a warm and validating tone in order to create a sense of curiosity to you and your process of mining your self-worth.

From Author: I want to teach you everything I know about uncovering your connection to your self-worth. The process begins when you become willing to make the unconscious conscious, identify patterns and stories from your past, and explore your emotions and limited beliefs about yourself. This is when you also become willing to create new patterns of reacting to your relationships, including-most importantly!---your relationship with yourself.

In this book, I provide a plethora of thought prompts that you can apply to your own life in an effort to raise your awareness of what patterns may have been established early on in your life. You'll also gain insights that you might want to believe about yourself and where you're headed on your journey of self-awareness and self-worth, and you'll learn how to powerfully transform yourself through having a conscious awareness of and direct interaction with inner parts of your psyche. By the end of the book, you'll have tools to support you to steer the relationships you have with others from what has been into what you are available for now.

While this book may or may not have the power to totally change your life, I've written it in hopes that perhaps it will be one of the many tools you access along the way, a sort of gateway to a better future. Or at least some lube for you as you navigate through this thing called life.
