AUTHOR'S BIOGRAPHY Rodney J. Ferris was, until retirement, a certified psychotherapist who had worked in manufacturing management and as an organization design consultant to Fortune 500 organizations for about thirty years. His company is Possibilities Unlimited, Inc., where he focused on providing psychological counseling for those seeking direction with career and life changes. He is now writing to capture the essence of his therapeutic practice as a legacy for those attracted to it. This is his second published book.
