After years of addiction, personal setbacks, and deep-rooted pain, Derek rebuilt his life through purpose, passion, and the power of God's grace. Today, he serves in the pharmaceutical industry as a workplace culture strategist, helping organizations create environments grounded in trust, leadership, and personal growth.

Beyond his professional role, Derek is a proud sponsor in Alcoholics Anonymous, a life and leadership mentor, and a respected public speaker known for his raw honesty, street wisdom, and heartfelt motivation.
