Charles is a Managing Broker who works with sellers and buyers in the greater Seattle metro real estate market. He was originally licensed in 1991. In 2011 and 2012, he received the Five Star Agent Award from Seattle magazine. Charles is the author of "Home Buying for Smarties" and the on-going, satirical Alex Campbell Real Estate Mystery Novel series.
