Author Biography

Lori Shafer is a native of Lawrence County, Ohio. Her love of history began during her numerous historic vacations with her family. As an adult she combined her love and books and history while working as a librarian. In 2009, her first book, Iron Furnaces of Lawrence County, Ohio, was published. Ghost Stories of Lawrence County (Ohio) soon followed. She is currently working on a variety of projects including her Haunted Tristate series.
