Described in this proposal is a seven-part Healthy Living Model that, if followed, can cause you and your church to become effectively younger and more joyful each year! In a key supportive book, Younger Next Year, the authors Chris Crowley and Henry S. Lodge, MD, tell us that 70 percent of what we feel as the effects of aging is optional-the decay of mind and body-and we can change this. Welcome aboard!
