Dr. Charles "Chuck" Coker, PhD, DMin, SPHR, is the founder and CEO of LifeThrive Performance Systems, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and teams realize their God-given potential through emotional intelligence, spiritual formation, and personal development. With more than thirty-five years of experience in corporate leadership, academic teaching, and ministry consulting, Dr. Coker has trained thousands of leaders across business, education, and faith communities.

Before founding LifeThrive in 1993, he served as a vice president for an American Stock Exchange-listed company and co-founded the Balfour Motivational Research Institute, pioneering research on human motivation and performance. His background uniquely bridges science and spirituality, blending insights from neuroscience, psychology, and biblical wisdom to help people grow in both personal and professional effectiveness.

A sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant, Dr. Coker has worked with organizations in the United States and abroad to enhance engagement, retention, and leadership culture.
