Miles is Professor Emeritus in the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Grant Miles is Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at the University of North Texas. He has taught a variety of management topics to both students and managers in the United States and internationally. Charles C. Snow is the Mellon Foundation Professor of Business Administration in the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
